poussière d'étoiles: a tribute to Ghédalia Tezartès

It's been a few months since Ghédalia Tezartès died. Missing him and the prospect of never seeing him live and sharing a story with him in person. His music lives on but nothing will replace the best live shows of my life. I did a finger painting of him onto wood. I feel I captured one of those quiet moments. have put together a mix of some of my favourite pieces from my collection. Some are from vinyl, some from CD and others digital. You can grab loads here (hoping all the sales go to his family). My memories of Tazartes are wonderful. Seen him so many times in various venues across London. Always had a lovely chat with him over a cigarette in pidgin French and English. The warmest of souls.
